You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank/payment details.

Return Shipping

Returns caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item may be covered by Zayora. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping charges may apply.
